03/30/2009 - Udine, Italy (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Udinese and Italy striker Antonio Di Natale could miss the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury in his country's 2-0 weekend victory over Montenegro.

The 32-year-old was injured early on in the game in Podgorica and later scans revealed ligament damage in his left knee.

Azzurri team doctor Enrico Castellacci confirmed: "The fact that it's only a partial tear means the injury is less serious than feared.

"Now we will see various specialists and evaluate if he should undergo surgery or adopt a non-invasive form of treatment.

"If he went under the knife, the season would be finished for Antonio and he would be out for around five to six months.

"The better-case scenario could see him recover in time for the last few games of the season."
